François Deschênes is an experienced executive in the plumbing and heating industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Groupe Deschênes Inc. since September 2000. The company, founded in 1940 and based in Montreal, is a family-owned private enterprise. François Deschênes has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations for the Quebec region and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. In addition to these positions, François Deschênes is a board member of Affiliated Distributors, contributing to organizational development since February 2023. Previously, François Deschênes served as President of AD Canada P&H from 2016 to 2017 and as President of Canaplus Limited Partnership from 2002 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from McGill HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
