David Greenburg

David Greenburg is an experienced finance professional with a focus on real estate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Affinius Capital since March 2023 and at Square Mile Capital Management since October 2021, David has built a robust career in investment banking. Previous roles include Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank from March 2014 to September 2021, Director in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Deutsche Bank from June 2013 to February 2014, and Senior Vice President at RCG Longview from June 2008 to May 2013. David also held positions as Vice President at Bank of America from March 2005 to May 2008 and as an Associate at Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2005.
