Emily Schwartz Margolis

Emily Schwartz Margolis is a seasoned professional in the field of investor relations and real estate finance, currently serving as Managing Director of the Global Investors Group at Affinius Capital since April 2024. Prior to this role, Emily held significant positions, including Director of Investor Relations at AEW Capital Management from August 2013 to April 2024 and Director, Investor Relations at Colony Realty Partners from August 2008 to July 2013. Emily's experience also includes a tenure as Director of Research at Lincoln Property Company from August 2003 to July 2007. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bates College, completed in 2002.
