Kristen Herman

Kristen Herman is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Senior Manager, People Business Partner Lead for Engineering at Affirm since September 2022. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Capital One, including Employee Relations Investigator and Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, from February 2016 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions in human resources at CPXi, Apple, Marriott International, and Ann Taylor. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Sonoma State University and has pursued further education in Human Resources Management at Pace University and Sonoma State University Extended Education.
