Katie Cunningham Jackson

Katie Cunningham Jackson serves as the Senior Director of Fundraising at Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) since June 2025. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation from August 2013 to June 2025, including Associate Director of Development, Senior Manager of Development, and Manager of Development. Katie also worked as a Development Officer for Corporate Relations at the National Osteoporosis Foundation in 2011 and as Development Manager at the Center for Excellence in Education from June 2008 to January 2011. Earlier in career, Katie was a Chapter Consultant for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. from July 2006 to June 2008. Katie earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia, graduating in January 2006.
