Wendy Kendle is the Director of Human Resources at Afni, Inc., where they own HR strategy execution, legal compliance, and employee engagement for 5,000 US-based employees. Previously, as a Human Resources Business Partner at State Farm from 2013 to 2018, they partnered with executives to drive performance management and strategic initiatives. Wendy has also held various HR roles at Afni, progressively advancing through positions that focused on employee engagement and retention. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise at Illinois State University.
