Craig Cohen

Craig Cohen is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the investment and mortgage sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at American Financial Resources since February 2024, Craig also holds the position of President at Lynx Whole Loan Acquisition LLC since 2020, where responsibilities include business development and expansion. As Co-Founder, Managing Member, and Chief Investment Officer at Proprietary Capital since 1997, Craig plays a pivotal role in the firm's operations. Previously, Craig held senior positions at Kemper Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., focusing on mortgage securities research and portfolio management, respectively. Craig began the career at Dean Witter Reynolds (Morgan Stanley), engaging with major mortgage investors. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
