Dr. Kevin Greenidge is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in monetary policy, economic analysis, and financial regulation. Notably, Dr. Greenidge served at the Central Bank of Barbados from August 2009 to July 2011 in various capacities, including Director of the Research and Economic Analysis Department and Governor. Dr. Greenidge is currently the Chief Economist at the Climate Vulnerable Forum and the Vulnerable Twenty Group, focusing on the financial challenges of climate change, and holds the position of Independent Director at the African Export-Import Bank. Previous roles include Senior Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister and Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund. Dr. Greenidge holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with First Class Honours from The University of the West Indies, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
