Ngozi Kalu-Mba

Ngozi Kalu-Mba is an experienced finance professional currently serving in the Advisory & Capital Markets division at the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead in Capital Market - Investment Banking at Coronation Merchant Bank, where notable capital market transactions were completed, and as an Investment Banking Associate, focusing on capital raising and M&A transactions. Ngozi started the career as a Deal Advisory Analyst at KPMG Nigeria, contributing to corporate finance and M&A transactions, and previously worked as an Analyst at Greenwich Trust Limited, managing client relationships and financial reporting. The foundation of expertise was built as an Assistant Economist in the Monetary Policy Department at the Central Bank of Nigeria. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Covenant University.
