Justin MacKeracher

Justin Mackeracher is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product development and implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at AfterSell by Rokt since March 2024, Justin previously held senior product management roles at Symend, where responsibilities included leading ISO 27001 implementation and enhancing app observability through new analytic strategies. Earlier, at Shopify, Justin executed a pricing strategy that significantly increased user sign-ups and gross merchandise volume. With a strong background in product management, analytics, and client advocacy from prior positions at Absorb Software, where roles spanned from product manager to mergers and acquisitions, Justin also founded TrendlySolar, focusing on affordable renewable energy solutions. An early career in restaurant management provided foundational skills in team leadership and operational oversight. Justin holds a degree from the University of Calgary.
