Sabrina M. B. Lerche is an experienced legal and business professional with a diverse background in corporate law and digital transformation. Currently serving as Principal at North Ventures and as an Investor and Board Member at both a:gain [again] and Plaace since April 2025, Sabrina transitioned from a maternity leave period from December 2023 to February 2025 to embrace parenting. Previously, Sabrina held the position of COO at LogiSnap and worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, focusing on digital transformation. Sabrina's legal expertise was honed through tenure as a Lawyer at Kromann Reumert, where advisory work encompassed corporate and commercial law, M&A, and capital markets. Sabrina also served as an Associate in London for Kromann Reumert and as an External Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB from the University of Copenhagen.
