Christian Christensen

Christian Christensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at AGC Biologics since March 2017, Christian previously held the role of Vice President of Technical Operations. Prior to AGC, Christian worked at Biogen from June 2012 to March 2017, progressing through key positions including Associate Director for both Large Scale Manufacturing Purification and Cell Culture, overseeing large teams and complex operations. Earlier experience includes a tenure at CMC Biologics A/S as Director of Upstream Development, where responsibilities encompassed upstream process development and management of multiple teams. Christian's foundational career began at Novo Nordisk A/S, with a focus on bio-process pilot plant operations. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology and Chemistry from the University of Southern Denmark.
