Ben Greet has extensive experience in operational management within the construction and materials industry, particularly with Aggregate Industries UK. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager since January 2015, Ben holds full operational responsibility for the South West Ready Mixed Concrete business, overseeing CAPEX budgeting, new business analysis, and distribution functions. Prior roles include managing 14 concrete plants in southern England and various operational improvement projects across multiple business units. With a track record dating back to 2002 at Aggregate Industries in roles such as Area Operations Manager and Business Systems Manager, Ben has consistently focused on enhancing operational processes, managing safety and quality standards, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
