Pierfilippo Del Castello

Pierfilippo started his career in 1982 at Agip Petroli as Coordinator & Planner of the Refining Sector; then he joined Serono Pharmaceutical as HR and Organization Manager, before moving to Cefor-Euros as Area Manager. From late ‘90 till today he covered various managerial roles, such as General Manager at Banca Popolare Lazio, Temporay HR & Finance Manager at Banca Popolare di Cortona and General Manager at Gruppo Riscossione Sicilia & Velletri Servizi. He has a degree in engineering and an MBA. He is fluent in English and he is Senior Associate Partner at AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY with a focus on Leadership Services, Organizational Development and Temporary Management.
