Evan Smith

Evan Smith currently serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at agilon health, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Evan worked as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at R1 RCM from July 2023 until its transition to private ownership in November 2024. Prior to that role, Evan was Chief Financial Officer at connectRN from August 2022 to July 2023 and served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Sharecare from October 2021 to August 2022 during its acquisition by private equity. Evan’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Change Healthcare as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations from July 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing communications with the investment community and advising senior management. Evan holds an MBA in Business from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
