Previously, Bill held multiple positions at National Australia Bank, contributing to significant infrastructure projects, including the deployment of technology at new corporate head offices and network transformation initiatives. Bill's extensive experience also includes roles at Optus, Telstra, and Spotless Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing large project teams to overseeing technical service delivery. Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Victoria University and is a certified practicing project manager.
