Jay Klopper

Jay Klopper is an experienced geologist and exploration specialist currently serving as Exploration Superintendent at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and Kirkland Lake Gold since October 2017. With a strong background in geology, Klopper has held senior positions at various mining companies, including Senior Exploration Geologist roles at Gallery Gold and East Africa Mines, as well as General Manager Exploration at Zambezi Resources. Prior experience also includes senior exploration roles at Teck Cominco and management positions at Afferro Mining Ltd and CST Minerals. Klopper holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Curtin University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from CQUniversity.
