Thomas Cote

Thomas Cote is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mining and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Superintendent at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since December 2014, Thomas oversees underground construction and mine development, with a focus on multidisciplinary coordination, mine design, and development planning. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at ArcelorMittal from 2006 to 2014, including Drill and Blast Engineer and Lead Mine Planning Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed supervision of technical teams, annual mine planning, and project leadership in environmental and infrastructural initiatives. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Earth Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering from Université Laval.
