Baljit S. K.

Baljit S. K. currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Operations at Agratas since September 2025, focusing on gigafactory and cell manufacturing. Prior to this role, Baljit held several key positions at Northvolt, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations, from August 2023 to June 2025, also specializing in gigafactory and cell manufacturing. From January 2022 to June 2023, Baljit was the Global Head of Operations (NPI) at Dyson, overseeing new product industrialization across multiple product categories. Baljit's extensive experience at Dyson from 2004 to 2021 included roles such as General Manager, where responsibilities included managing a greenfield factory setup, and various leadership positions overseeing operations for floor care and cord-free products. Baljit began the career at KENWOOD, progressing from Junior Engineer to Engineer, involving technology transfer and project management in car audio systems. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wawasan Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Communication and Electronics from UCSI.
