Paul Nselel

As president and chief executive officer, Paul Nselel presides over AgReliant Genetics in the United States and Canada and the company’s three commercial brands – AgriGold, LG Seeds and PRIDE Seeds. Paul oversees all divisions of the third largest corn seed company in North America and leads hundreds of essential employees in a collective mission to Help Farmers Grow.

Appointed in 2020, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. His passion for agriculture began as a boy in Cameroon – learning from his agronomist father who exported pineapples and bananas – and has never stopped.

Paul has spent over a decade in the seed industry – holding several commercial and strategic leadership positions in Europe, North America and across the globe. He then served two years as the vice president and general manager of a Nasdaq traded Agrifood company – leading all commercial & technical teams on a 60+ countries global footprint. More recently, he was a member of the Ernst and Young North America agribusiness leadership team. He started his career in investment banking with BNP Paribas in Europe and then Lehman Brothers in New York.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from Universite de Poitiers-France, a master’s degree in applied maths from the Universite de Caen-France and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
