Catherine A. Mirabel

Catherine A. Mirabel is an Associate in ADM's Albertson office. She focuses her practice of defending cases involving healthcare malpractice, dental malpractice, construction site accidents, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Mirabel co-authored a chapter in the New York State Bar Association and Medical Society of the State of New York publication: Legal Manual for New York Physicians (2004). She also served the Defense Research Institute in multiple capacities and authored a chapter on discovery and trial for the DRI Publication “HIPAA Best Practices Guide” (2004). Further, Ms. Mirabel is a long time member of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association, having served as its Secretary (2001-2005), President (2006-2008), and as a Board Member (2008-Present).
