Kristine Mickevica has a wealth of experience in the fashion and apparel industry. Kristine began their career in 2009 as a Campaign Management Internship at the European Parliament. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Business Development Manager at the Latvian Chamber of Fashion. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Innovation Project Manager at Li & Fung Limited. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Manager Strategy at adidas Group, where they created a multi-season material sourcing strategy that had the potential to save up to 6 million USD per season. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Strategy Lead at Fashion Startup Consultants. In 2020, they became the Head of Partnerships at Ai Palette and Co Host of Supply unChained Podcast.

Kristine Mickevica obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Banku Augstskola in 2011. Kristine then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Innovations and Business Management from the same institution. In 2012, they completed a Master's Degree in International Fashion Marketing from Heriot-Watt University. Kristine has also taken part in an exchange program at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen as part of their Business Administration Degree. Additionally, they hold certifications in Food and Beverage Management from Università Bocconi and Venture Deals Spring 2020 from Kauffman Fellows.
