Darshini M.nathan

Darshini M. Nathan currently serves as the Director of Talent & People Sustainability, Director of Culture & Engagement, and Head of Corporate Communications at AIA Malaysia, where responsibilities include leading the public relations strategy that secured industry leadership for four consecutive years and initiating the AIA Touching Lives CSR programme to fund corrective surgeries for underprivileged children. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Branding & Corporate Communications at ING Insurance Bhd, where brand awareness campaigns significantly increased product sales, and as a Senior Analyst at Kuwait Finance House Research, along with a tenure as a Senior Writer at Star Publications (M) Bhd. Darshini holds a Bachelor of Management in Persuasive Communications from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
