Alpa Arya Shah is a seasoned professional in market strategy and research, currently serving as Senior Manager of Value Proposition at AICPA since March 2022, focusing on the development of value propositions and understanding the career needs of Gen Z in the accounting and finance sectors. Prior to this role, Alpa held various leadership positions at Ipsos, including Associate Director for both Innovation, Market Strategy & Understanding and Loyalty, where responsibilities included client engagement, market intelligence, and strategy formation. Alpa also founded and directed Spotlight Market Research, and has experience leading research initiatives at prominent organizations such as ICAEW, Harris Interactive, and BMRB International. Alpa's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University, completed in 1993.
