Lena Maria Thielmann has over 13 years of experience in the cruise industry, currently serving as the Head of Executive Office at AIDA Cruises since February 2010. Throughout her tenure, Lena has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Hotel Projects Dry Docks & Refit, Manager of Commercial Analytics, Manager of Yield Projects and Development, and Manager of Yield Coordination. Prior to joining AIDA Cruises, Lena worked at Seaconsult H.A.M. GmbH from June 2008 to January 2010, where responsibilities included Market Research & Analysis.
