Nadia BOUJAID possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales within the aviation and global markets. Currently serving as Responsable équipe service clients at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo since May 2017, Nadia is responsible for organizing team processes, monitoring performance indicators, and conducting activity reporting. Prior roles include Developpeur des Ventes - Grands Comptes at Air France, where analysis and international communication were key, and an independent distributor at It Works! Global, focused on network creation and product presentation. Nadia’s background also includes customer service technician at Air France, where management of short and medium-haul flights and customer satisfaction were priorities, as well as experience representing French culture at Disney Parks & Resorts. Additionally, Nadia has worked with Nestlé as a host assistant and taught English to high school students at MIJEN.
