Holly Palmer

Holly Palmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, philanthropy, and project management. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Workforce Management Strategy and Optimisation at Air New Zealand, Holly leads a team focused on improving rostering and resource planning. Previous roles include Manager of Workforce Planning and Optimisation for Cabin Crew, and Philanthropy Manager for Starship Foundation, where Holly secured over $7 million in philanthropic funds. Holly has also held leadership positions at St Cuthbert's College, Holly Palmer Consulting, and The University of Nottingham, managing fundraising strategies and project management initiatives, and has a strong educational background in arts, management, and project management, along with certification in Te Reo Māori.
