Shaiba Jan is a knowledgeable professional in the fields of treasury, finance, and business development, currently serving as the Manager of Operations in Group Treasury & Aircraft Finance at AirAsia since April 2019, after progressing from the position of Executive. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Media Marketing & Recruitment Consultant at Empire Inc Holdings and Business Development Executive at both one2PAY and ACE Training Malaysia. Early career stages featured an HR internship at KPMG Malaysia, as well as various positions at INTI International University and Petroglobe Trading. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources/Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire and a Diploma in Business from INTI College Sabah.
