Deirdre Cerminaro

Deirdre Cerminaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design and strategic innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Design Manager at Airbnb and an Advisory Board Member at Purpose Commons, Deirdre's previous roles include Creative Strategist and International Speaker in a freelance capacity, and Executive Director of Learning & Work at IDEO, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a significant annual portfolio and designing transformative learning experiences. Deirdre also held positions as Executive Director, Head of Systems & Strategy Practice, and Senior Director of Systems Design at IDEO, focusing on complex systems and human-centered design. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role with the National Park Service to develop a strategic plan for Jacob Riis Park. Deirdre holds an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
