Airbrils is building a Global Platform for Shared Data driven by Block-chain, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence that will enable unprecedented monetization opportunities and freedom of choice for users across the globe. We intend to democratize the way networks are built, data is consumed and monetized. We won’t just be a disrupter but will enable startups across sectors to disrupt the status-a-quo in their respective sectors; open platform and shared economy models drive this change. We are in very early stages of our inception and our focus is to Onboard an all-stars teams and a group of forward-looking investors to be a part of our journey.

Designation – Lead Designer (UI/UX)

Department – Design

As a Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience & user interface design for Airbrils. You will lead a full lifecycle of designs across all platforms, collaborate with other teams & participate in research to test & validate the designs to make everything come to life. Responsible for visual outlook of our brand.

You should be passionate about usable interfaces.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Deliver world-class UX design solutions within a fast-moving multi-disciplinary team

  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

  • Facilitate the product owner's vision by researching, conceiving, building wireframes, sketching, prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products

  • Ability to clearly understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutions; translate concepts into wireframes, and mock-ups

  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, user journeys, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes

  • Conduct research activities such as expert reviews, competitor analyses, surveys, personas

  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, forms, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour

  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

  • Create Information Architecture based on user journeys and data insight

  • Create Point of views in the field of User Experience Design

  • Produce written reports and presentations which make complex designs or findings clear and simple

Skill Set Required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree & 5+ years of experience in a UX design is must; formal education in interaction design is a definite plus

  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

  • Contributions as a leader in design, and a strong collaborator across product managers and engineers

  • Experience in UX Research, Wire framing, UI Prototyping, Visual Design, User Analytics, Storytelling and Presentation

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, UI Framework & Toolkit and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Thinks in terms of design systems and makes rational and logical design decisions

  • Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography

  • Deep expertise and knowledge in UX design systems and processes

  • Knowledge of modern, emerging web and mobile UI patterns and design tools

  • Flourishes in an environment of continuous learning and eager to advance your craft further

  • Self-starter with awesome creative skills

  • Multi-tasking & Time management skills with ability to communicate and collaborate

  • Agile planner who delivers fast results

  • Great to have: Understanding of WIFI, IoT & Blockchain
