Licia Lalande-Johnson

Licia Lalande-Johnson has a robust background in human resources and business management, currently serving as the HR site & HR function VSM / Programmes and Senior HR Business Partner for Communications & Corporate Affairs at Airbus since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Assistant to the EVP of Finance and Compensation and Benefits for Airbus Defence and Space from October 2019 to September 2022, as well as various HR and executive positions at Airbus from 2011 to 2019. Licia also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Segula Technologies, overseeing a team of 50 and managing recruitment, staff integration, and administration. Licia holds a Master’s degree in contract law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Baccalauréat in Economics from Lycée Pierre De Fermat.
