Jigar Desai

Jigar Desai is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading product and engineering teams across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Aircall since November 2025, Jigar previously held the position of Chief Product and Technology Officer at Calendly and Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Sisu, where contributions included the integration of machine learning insights for analytics, leading to its acquisition by Snowflake. Jigar's earlier roles include Senior Director of Product and Engineering at Facebook, overseeing large-scale data products and managing a team of over 400 professionals, and Vice President of Product and Engineering at PayPal, where responsibilities included foundational software development and infrastructure advancements.
