Olivier Pailhes

Olivier Pailhes is a Strategic Advisor at Aircall. Olivier has also worked as a Marketing Manager at Aperam from April 2012 to December 2013, where they were responsible for topline management and the development of the roofing unit. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as General Manager Iberia at ArcelorMittal Construction, where they were responsible for restructuring Spanish operations, launching new offers, and social negotiations. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 1999 to 2006, where they worked on strategy projects focused on M&A, alliance strategies, growth strategies, and cash-generation. Olivier also worked on operational effectiveness projects focused on purchasing optimization with a focus on IT & HR purchasing, R&D organization re-design, turn-around & change management. Olivier has expertise in the telecom and energy industries.
