Adam West

Adam is a strong communicator who remains calm and composed in high-pressure situations. He draws on his extensive experience with conflict resolution to approach problems from multiple angles and enjoys the challenge of finding creative ways to defend his clients’ interests.

Adam is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a general litigation practice, and has experience working with clients in a range of industries.

Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Adam held leadership positions with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), including as Platoon Commander in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Adam continues to serve in the CAF on a part-time basis as Deputy Commanding Officer of The Royal Regiment of Canada.
