Daniel F. Scott is the co-founder and COO of [Airsorted](/org/airsorted), a home cleaning and laundry service. Daniel has also served as an entrepreneur in residence at [Episode 1 Ventures](/org/episode-1-ventures) and as the head of operations at [Airsorted](/org/airsorted) and [Houst](/org/houst). Prior to that, they were the operations lead at onefinestay.

Daniel has a proven track record in scaling teams and processes to manage growth, expanding businesses into new markets, and driving commercial and operational success. Daniel is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Under Daniel's leadership, [Airsorted](/org/airsorted) has expanded into 10 countries and 22 cities. Daniel has also overseen the development of proprietary software, the move to VoC tools and service infrastructure, and the implementation of company-wide goal setting (OKRs) and SQL-based reporting. In addition, they have successfully managed fundraising rounds totaling £8.3 million.

Daniel F. Scott began their educational career at [Eton College](/org/eton-college) where they achieved excellent grades in French, German, Theirtory and Maths. Daniel then went on to study Modern Languages at the [University of Bristol](/org/university-of-bristol), where they achieved a First Class degree. After working for a few years, Daniel decided to return to academic study and completed a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship with Distinction at Goldsmiths, University of London. Daniel is now qualified as a solicitor and works in the social sector.

Stephen McCann is a Lead Frontend Developer at [Airsorted](/org/airsorted). Stephen has previous experience working as a developer at Squirrel, where they were responsible for frontend web and mobile application design and development. At [Airsorted](/org/airsorted), they lead the team to produce user-centric web and mobile applications, enabling hosts to share their home with the world. Some of their key activities and achievements include the design and frontend development of all new user-facing products, the design, research and development of a user dashboard application, and the implementation of a native mobile app from a single code base.

Prior to their current position, Tim worked for the Local Government Association of Queensland as a growth specialist overseeing special projects. Tim was also previously the QLD Manager for Urban Rest Apartments where they were in charge of launching the brand in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. In their previous positions, Tim has had experience liaising with property developers and real estate agents for business growth opportunities, as well as corporate travel managers, relocation agents, and companies to develop client prospects. Tim has also managed operations including guest liaison, partnerships, and properties. Tim has used data analytics to form hypotheses and solve operational and sales road blocks company-wide.

Frances has also held the position of Global Operations Director/Chief of Staff at [Houst](/org/houst) and Australia and New Zealand Director at [Houst](/org/houst). Frances has been with [Houst](/org/houst) for over three years and was responsible for managing operations and staff in Auckland, as well as growing the business in Australia and New Zealand.
