Victoria Ndu

Victoria Ndu is an experienced professional specializing in corporate social responsibility and community management. Currently serving as the Lead for Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at Airtel Nigeria since April 2025, Victoria also holds a membership with ChangemakerXchange since March 2021. Prior roles include Community Manager and State Coordinator/Project Manager for 3MTT Nigeria, where efforts were focused on developing Nigeria's technical talent. Victoria has coordinated programs for Skill Factory Africa and 9to5Chick, contributing to women's career development and digital literacy in Africa. Additionally, experience includes administrative roles at Kings Sciencewares Nigeria Limited and business development at Print Doctor Africa. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Benin, awarded in 2018.
