Jude Kafero

Jude Kafero is an experienced professional in the fields of administration, financial inclusion, and customer retention. Currently serving as an Administrator at Airtel Uganda since 2020, Jude focuses on customer retention and administration. Prior experience includes working as a Credit Controller at Pride Microfinance Limited, where responsibilities involved loan approvals, customer care, and promoting financial literacy from 2018 to 2020, and as a Business Development Officer at Ultra Finance from 2016 to 2018. Jude holds several notable educational qualifications, including a Certified Expert in Financial Inclusion from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Computing from Makerere University. Currently pursuing a Master's in Banking and Investment at Makerere University, Jude continues to expand expertise in banking, strategic management, investment analysis, and financial literacy.
