Cindy Zhao

Cindy (Xinqi) Zhao is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product strategy and operations, currently serving as Product Director of Ecosystem, Developer Experience, and Embedded Finance at Airwallex since March 2024. In this role, Cindy leads the global product strategy and operations function, reporting to the Global Head of Product. Previously, Cindy held the position of Associate Director, Product Strategy & Operations at Bain & Company from September 2019 to March 2024, focusing on technology and consumer products while collaborating with various industries. Cindy's earlier experience includes positions at Amazon and multiple roles within Bain & Company, as well as internships at notable organizations such as The Boston Consulting Group and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Cindy holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Peking University.
