Paul Klemm

Paul Klemm serves as a General Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital since October 2017, while also holding various board positions and investor roles in multiple companies, including Aiven, HiveMQ, Isar Aerospace, remberg, Ripe, Junto, Deed, edyoucated, and Targomo. With a strong focus on supporting innovative technology firms, Paul has been instrumental in leading significant funding rounds across ventures such as Aiven's $10 million Series A and Isar Aerospace's €75 million Series B. Paul Klemm's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, supplemented by international studies at Ewha Womans University and EDHEC Business School.
