Tsolmon Jargalsaikhan

Tsolmon Jargalsaikhan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance and Ops at AIX Ventures since October 2024. Previously, Tsolmon held the position of Director of Finance at Kindred Ventures from June 2021 to September 2024, and worked as a Controller at both DFJ Growth and Threshold Ventures between June 2019 and June 2021. Tsolmon also provided consultancy services at Mosser Capital and ATEL Capital Group in late 2018. Early career experience includes a Data Science Fellowship at Springboard from August 2017 to July 2018, where skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning were developed. Tsolmon began the finance career as an Investment Associate and Analyst at Fountain Partners from March 2012 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Francisco State University, alongside studies at De Anza College.
