Prior to this role, Fayez held various managerial positions at United Arab Bank and Sharjah Islamic Bank, focusing on advanced analytics, data quality management, and database consolidation. Fayez's expertise includes managing Oracle and SQL Server environments, implementing high availability solutions, and establishing data governance frameworks. A graduate of Applied Science University with a BSc in Computer Information Systems, Fayez has a strong foundation in IT and database management, complemented by a history of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance database performance and stability.
