Naarayan T V is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including aviation, banking, and financial services. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Akasa Air since August 2025, Naarayan oversees a diverse team managing key functions such as E-commerce, Brand, and Customer Experience. Prior to this role, Naarayan was the CMO at IDFC FIRST Bank, leading marketing strategies across products and digital initiatives. With prior experience at Sugarbox, PayPal, Standard Chartered, and HSBC, Naarayan has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition across multiple international markets. Naarayan holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from PSG Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the University of Calicut.
