Karen Czachorowski

Karen Czachorowski, PhD, is currently the Digital Technology Lead at Aker BP ASA, responsible for shaping digital technology strategies and implementing AI products that enhance the company's competitive advantage. With a strong background in supply chain and logistics, Karen has held various critical roles at Aker BP, including Delivery Lead and Product Owner for the MEL project, where significant advancements in digital transformation were achieved. Prior to Aker BP, Karen gained valuable experience at ExxonMobil, Porter AS, and other organizations, focusing on operations and supply chain management. Holding a PhD in Systems Engineering and Nautical Operations from the University of South-Eastern Norway, Karen also engages as a guest speaker and lecturer on innovation and technology in the energy and logistics sectors.
