Øyvind Sandved

Øyvind Sandved is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Next Generation Value Chains at Aker BP ASA since December 2016. In various roles at Aker BP, including Asset Development Manager for the Skarv asset and interim positions managing operations and development, Øyvind has been instrumental in strategic planning, commercial negotiations, and managing joint ventures. Prior to Aker BP, Øyvind worked at BP, focusing on procurement strategies for rigs and vessels, and held a role as a laboratory technician at Halliburton. Øyvind's educational background includes an MBA from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Technology from the same institution.
