Aker Horizons

Knut Nyborg currently serves as Managing Director at Aker Horizons and Chief Executive Officer at Aker Clean Hydrogen, positions held since August 2022 and March 2021, respectively. Prior to this, Knut Nyborg accumulated extensive experience at Aker Solutions from 1991 to March 2021, including roles such as Executive Vice President, where responsibilities included leading the Front End Delivery Center and involvement in the Executive Management Team. Other significant positions included Vice President of Subsea Power & Process, Tender Manager for the Åsgard Subsea Compression Project, and Vice President in several subsea product areas, focusing on business development, organizational and technology development, and project management. Knut Nyborg holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU, completed in 1991.
