Stephen Bull

Stephen Bull was appointed head of Strategy, Portfolio and Sustainability in April 2023 after leading the Renewables business since August 2021. The Briton has more than 20 years of energy industry experience, most recently as SVP of wind and low-carbon development in Equinor's renewables business area. He started his career as an analyst at JP Morgan and has held several international executive positions at Norsk Hydro and Equinor. Bull is Chair of RenewableUK, the largest renewable energy industry association in the UK, and has served on expert panels for the UK Government covering low-carbon solutions. He studied politics and economics and holds a MSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Bull held 39,228 company shares and had no share options as of Dec 31, 2022.
