Heather Ashby

Heather Ashby has extensive experience in competitive and business intelligence, currently serving as Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager at Akerman LLP since February 2014, where previous roles included Competitive Intelligence Manager and Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst. Prior to joining Akerman LLP, Heather worked at Holland & Knight LLP from August 2005 to February 2014 in various positions, such as Business Intelligence Coordinator and Marketing & Business Development Specialist. Earlier in Heather's career, roles included Marketing & Customer Relations Management at The Slan Companies Inc. from December 1997 to August 2005. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed between 2000 and 2004, and graduated from South Lakes High School in 2000.
