Outi Henriksson

Outi Henriksson is the current Chief Financial Officer, Treasury & Investor Relations at Aktia. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for Adapteo Group from June 2019 to October 2021. Outi was also a Board Member for Veikkaus Oy from January 2017 to April 2021 and Sponda Plc from March 2016 to April 2019. From August 2012 to August 2017, they were the CFO for VR-Group ltd. and Sulake Corporation from September 2006 to August 2012. Henriksson has also served as a Board Member for Peli-integrointiyhtiö FRV Oy from December 2015 to December 2016 and as the CFO for LaNetro Zed (Madrid) from October 2004 to September 2006. Lastly, they were the Finance Director / M&A Director for Sonera Corporation from January 1999 to December 2004.

Outi Henriksson has a MSc in Economics from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku and a degree from the University of Denver.

Outi Henriksson reports to Mikko Ayub, President & CEO . They work with Sari Leppänen - Chief Information Officer, Max Sundström - Director, Shared Services & Digitalization, and Juha Hammarén - EVP & Deputy MD, Operations.
