Ari Witkes

Ari Witkes is the founder of Witkes Law Firm, established in January 2018, focusing on innovative legal representation. Concurrently, Ari serves as a board advisor at Aktos, a company revolutionizing the debt collection industry through improved workflows and compliance practices since May 2022. Previous experience includes in-house counsel at Choice Recovery, where responsibilities included corporate legal representation and litigation defense, and a vice president role at Leadership Title in 2016. A legal intern at the Ohio Consumers' Counsel and a summer intern at Goldberg Law Firm, Ari also contributed to the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal as an associate editor. Academically, Ari holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Rabbinical Studies from Rabbinical College of America.
