Reji has over 28 years of experience in IT and management staffing with Multinational Companies such as TCS, Capgemini, Wipro Technologies, Cognizant, Hexaware, and Interglobe Technologies (IGT Solutions) in leadership positions as BU Head, Global Delivery Head, Sales Head, Practice Head, etc. He has a strong track record in setting up several large ODC’s for customers like GE, P&G, Lufthansa Systems, Deutsche Bahn, TUI, Dell, Starbucks, Johnson & Johnson, etc., across locations and cities. He has been instrumental in setting up technology competencies in digital, Cloud, and CRM in some of the companies he has worked with. Early on in his career, he was instrumental in setting up the Travel and Transportation verticals in TCS, Wipro, and Hexaware. He has managed very complex projects and overseen the growth of business from inception to large units of over 2000 consultants and managed the business of around USD 100 Million. He has extensively traveled across the world and managed professionals across cultures – US, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, India, Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, and Australia.
